Dear Artists friends all over the world. How much an artists will be able to contribute for this major artshow?

Indian Artists Network is a Not-for-profit organisation of artists andis a network of artists friends and other talented artists from allover India.This network of artists is run, administered and funded allby artists themselves. No one except the artists are involved in it'sfunctioning.The idea is to expose these award winning and talentedartists who otherwise will never get a chance to exhibit abroadbecause of so many difficulties, not just financial ones. We havedecided to arrange exhibitions of these talented artists in majorcapital cities of various countries all over the world.We need toforge alliances with art sponsors, art lovers, art buyers, artgalleries, art organizations, corporate houses as well as governmentcultural bodies in each country around the globe so that we can go totheir countries for our exhibitions. We are not connected to anyindividuals or organizations, either in India or abroad. We artists,are all on our own.TRANSPARENCY/HONESTY/FAITH ARE HALLMARK OF WORK NEVENTSIn year 2006,we are planning a 3-exhibitions programme in Indonesiawhich has large base of art lovers and art buyers.We had doneexhibitions every year n holding our third show in April 2005.PAINTINGS / GRAPHIC-DIGITAL PRINTS AND PHOTOGRAPHS WILL BE INCLUSED INTHE SHOWThe show in 2006 will be open for all artists from all over the worldand this is just a preliminary survey to gauge the mood of artistsaround the world to decide on contributions for the show.We shall hold 3 or 2 or 1 show, all depends on what artists cancontribute for the said show. With one solid back up of Air India ,weIndian artists are now contributing USD300/Rs.15000 per artist. We want to hold International show without any help from sponsors. Some poor artists were also included whose work was brilliant but they donated one painting to us and another painting for show along withjust a small contributions of Approx.100USD.We are trying for 3 shows in Indonesia. First at World Trade Centre inJakarta , second and third in Famous art galleries in Jakarta or Bali/bandung / Yogyakarta cities of Indonesia. Jakarta is a commercialcapital of Indonesia and Bali is Artists Heaven. Yogyakarta is majorart and cultural center. Bandung is a famous important city in Indonesia.We are negotiating with many art galleries and at least 2 gallerieswill be decided upon finally for our show and we shall try for thirdtoo so that it becomes a major art event in Indonesia.Thecontributions from artists is most important for all these eventswhich will need more than year's preparation and planning that we havedecided to undertake.We do expect very famous names from each country to participate inthis show even though the emphasis will be on artists who are highlytalented and upcoming artists.We want your views on the contributions per artists for this major artevent.Please see photographs and publicity of last exhibitions on ourwebsite www.indianfinearts.com or www.indianfineartsnetwork.org Please communicate on http://webmail.mailbox.co.uk/mmstdl.cgi?NEW=TRUE&MAILTO=admin@indianfinearts.com only.

Indian artists network will do following1) Excellent framing in Indonesia for your painting/graphic print orphotograph which you will have to send by Air courier to Jakarta in2006 before the show2) Excellent A-4 size multicolored catalogues for the exhibition andpublicity3) Art galleries arrangements and payments related with all display4) Publicity in major Newspapers /TV channels / Magazines in Indonesia.5) Inauguration party for the exhibition in presence of VIPs andDiplomatic dignitaries.Please remember that the 100% amount received after the sale ofartwork will be sent to artists along with catalogue copy and rolledartworks by air courier to each artist.We have done 2 very highly successful shows in Indonesia and 3 rd willbe held in April 2005.In 2 exhibitions we has sold 47 artworks and allmoney has been paid to artists.We sold 33 artworks in last show and money has been given torespective artists. Only one artwork per artist was framed in theexhibition. There were 28 artists artworks in the show.

PLEASE TELL US HOW MUCH YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR SUCH A MASSIVE ARTSHOW WHICH INVOLVES TREMENDOUS PLANNING ON OUR PART.THE NUMBER OFPARTICIPANTS AND NUBER OF VENUES WILL BE DECIDED ON THE BASIS OFCAPACITY OF ARTISTS TO CONTRIBUTE.IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS, PLEASE LET US KNOW. We encourage artists to come and be physically present during theexhibition. Last time,we 4 artists were present for the show.
